Some randommoments from graduation, caught on film by Dad and others.
| One Last Look
There is dear old Hammerschlag Hall. Heart and soul of Engineering life at CMU, and the building where I worked, played and tried hard not to live in. ^_^
| Me+Dad
Is that a placemat I spy? Why yes! it is! My diploma is sadly enormous. It's like the 'funny-money' diploma, I keep expecting people to ask me if I took it to kinkos and got it poster-sized.
Me+Mom
Hard to say who is happier, mother or I. At that point in time, I'd say 'her' if only because I was hot and tired and all that.
| Baka and Me
Even though he graduated in December,Baka flew back to PA to witness my and a few other's send off. Or maybe it was just to bumb a free dinner off my folks :) .
| Baka again
We're sitting on the 'Turing' bench. Only at CMU would they name a bench after a computer scientist.
Graduation Dinner Me and Tom, living large at the best italian joint in town.
| Baka was there too
Again! This boy can't take a normal photo if he tries.
Where's Eramundo? I used to love 'Where's Waldo?' books, and the big viking looking fello next to me is Carl Greenley. I am not ashamed to admit, I used him as a human plow to weasle my way through the massive crowds. Carl is the man.
| The Arch of St.Louis
Dad and I left on our roadtrip to Texas shortly after graduation, we drove to St.Louis, and then south. It was pretty.
| Dad takes picture of... Dad? Snapping pictures of the new apartment as we were moving in. Somehow this picture amuses me.
| Kitty!A recent photo of kitty-chan, she's looking surprisingly awake and almost spooked! Not her usual expression I assure you, but a photo of a sleeping cat would be dull :) I think she was still all frazzled from the move.
